Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind..

Press/Media

Press permission must be obtained from Conferences Organizing Committee prior to the event. The press will not quote speakers or delegates unless they have obtained their approval in writing.

Requesting an Invitation Letter

For security purposes, letter of invitation will be sent only to those individuals who had registered for the conference. Once your registration is complete, please contact contact@scientificmeditech.com to request a personalized letter of invitation.

Regarding refunds, all bank charges will be for the registrants account.

All cancellations or modifications of registration must be made in writing to finance@scientificmeditech.com.

Refund policy:

Keeping in view of advance payment towards venue, printing, shipping, hotel s and other unavoidable cost, we had to keep refund policy is as following slabs and all bank charges will be for the registrant’ s account.

• 50% of the registration fee will be refunded prior 90 days to the conference
• 30% of the registration fee will be refunded prior 45 days to the conference.
• No refunds will be granted between the duration of 45 days to the conference.
• All discounted registrations are fully non-refundable.
• Refund fee will be made after the conference. All bank service charges, including transitional bank commission for cancellation refunds, must be covered by the participants/applicants.

Cancellation policy in the events of natural disasters/calamities:

Conference/webinar organizers cannot accept refund requests from the conference delegates/attendees that result from cancelled flights and/or natural disasters/calamities, earthquake, global epidemic issues etc.

The Organizers will have the right to cancel/postpone the conference during natural disasters/calamities. In this case, the Scientific conferences will provide opportunity for the registered delegates/attendees to transfer their registration fee to any future/related Scientific conferences.

The organizers will not accept any liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage to property belonging to the delegates/attendees, either during, or after the conference.

Postponement

If conference/webinar postpones for any valid/natural disasters/calamities reason and you are unable or unwilling to attend on rescheduled dates. You may use this conference fee paid for another event which must occur within one year from the date of postponement.

Transfer of registration

All fully paid registrations are transferable to other persons from the same organization, if registered person is unable to attend the event. Transfers must be made by the registered person in writing to finance@scientificmeditech.com. Details must be included the full name of replacement person, their title, contact phone number and email address. All other registration details will be assigned to the new person unless otherwise specified. Registration can be transferred to one conference to another conference if the person is unable to attend one of conferences.

However, Registration cannot be transferred if it is intimated within 15 days of respective conference.
The transferred registrations will not be eligible for Refund.
